The Franklin Area Business Association has a contract with the City of Minneapolis to administer Great Streets Facade Improvement Matching Grants to eligible businesses in the Franklin Avenue Area. Our project area includes businesses located one block north and south of Franklin avenue from 35W to Cedar Avenue. Please see the following documents for information about the program.
